After the initial consultation, you'll receive a brand questionnaire to fill out. This will give me a greater understanding of your needs. From there, we'll work together to create an inspiration board for your session.

Now that the vision is clear, I'll compile everything I've gathered from my research and assemble a flow for your shoot. Your customized plan will include everything from a preferred prop list to the locations for your shoot. We'll have one more call before the shoot to lock down the details for the day.

At Meghan Doll Photography, we will craft and capture the unique-to-you visuals that will SHOW (not just tell) the story of your brand and the high quality services you provide.
We want to give the client’s audience an overall idea of what the business is about and who the brand owner is, not just a photo of their face. That being said, do we plan for head shots at a brand session? Yes! But it’s so much more than that, too!

Who needs a CLASSIC HEADSHOT? Any professional who's headshot is over two years old, who's appearance has significantly changed, or is looking for or starting a new position and wants to make a good impression. You only need a head and shoulders shot of your smiling face for online profiles, speaking engagements, or your website.
I'll be the first to say... your brand image is everything. How you present yourself to the world makes all the difference, especially in this digital world we are now living in.
In order to stand out and really be seen, you have to set yourself up as THE professional that you truly are.

Hair & makeup is only included in our VIP personal branding session. However, we do recommend having your hair & makeup professionally done before all sessions.
For personal branding sessions, the number of images included varies from 30 - 100+ depending on your package.
Your images are perfect for enhancing your professional presence across multiple platforms. Use them on your website, social media profiles, email signatures, business cards, and marketing materials. They’re also great for paid advertising, press kits, and corporate presentations.
If you plan to use your images for resale purposes—such as book covers, merchandise, or commercial advertising—an additional licensing fee will apply. Feel free to reach out for details on extended usage rights.
We can shoot where ever you feel will best capture your brand. It can be in your office or home, our studio, outdoors, or even a rented Airbnb for the occasion.
Don’t let indecision over your wardrobe hold you back. We’ll help guide your selection so you find the perfect pieces that represent you and your brand best for your shoot. We also have a stylist that you can work with for an additional fee.
We understand, life happens! If you need to reschedule, no problem. Your session fee is non-refundable but will be put towards your rescheduled session.
